Get the moving


exerciseExercise is one of the important key when starting a weight loss journey, yes I know some of you do’t want to sweat, get icky, or move for that matter but moving your body is something that needs to happen.You can benefit from exercising and different ways physically and mentally.As you start to get your body moving it may be hard for you depending on your health, physical,and mental condition if you are not use to moving for a long period of time I would advise you to take it slow then build your momentum up.Moving around increases blood flow to our muscles, strengthens the heart and lungs and teaches the heart to work more efficiently.Another wonderful result of exercising is that we feel better. Exercise causes our brains and spinal cords to produce chemicals called adrenaline, serotonin, dopamine, and endorphins. The bottom line is exercising having look great naked an with clothes on and mentally. You should exercise  for at least 30 min a day for 3-5 day a week, and make sure you add stretching.

  1. I love running. I recently got into it earlier this year. I did my first ever race which was a half marathon in September. I’m also doing a virtual 5k in November & a 5k in December.
