Look at this last week I set a goal was to lose 3 pounds within that week and I did plus sum. I lost 4 pounds and 6 oz. I was so excited to see that I meet my goal. I walked 1 time and didn’t work out (smh) but my food choices was a lot better and I was taking my supplements.
