This a new week which means new goal. Last week was great I set a goal on losing 3 pounds and I achieve it and surpassed it, I lost 4 ponds and 6oz ( check out my previous post) I wish you could have seen my face when I saw the scale,and I didn’t even complete my physical activity goals( smh shame on me).This next few weeks I will be researching recipes to try while on these amazing journey which I think that will be fun because I love to eat lol,but most of these recipes will be on the healthier side. So if anybody have any great recipe that they would like for me to try then feel free to contact me.
This weeks goals are:
To lose 5 pounds
Physical Activity: walk 4x, workout 5x.
Food:Add more fruits and veggie to meals.
