Workout-Part 3


Ms. Nic B is the truth, I have been following her for a while on Instagram, she post great workout  to do at home or outside she shows you that you don’t need a gym to get fit.A while back she posted a week worth of full body work out to her page.So now I going to add these workout to my every day routine for the week.You should check her page out.

Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar


f-074305001161Have you ever heard of apple cider vinegar? I’m pretty sure you have, in a matter of fact you probably have it in your pantry. I heard about it a few years ago and it many benefits a few years ago but I didn’t pay it no mind.But in the past month I’ve been seeing post about it on my social media and even my husband has mention it a few day ago, so I decided to do some research on it and its benefits and I am amaze at all the thing you can do with it including getting your health together.Apple cider vinegar is made from cider or apple and has a pale to medium amber color.Unpasteurized or organic apple cider vinegar CV contains mother of vinegar, which has a cobweb-like appearance and can make the vinegar look slightly congealed.

Some of the benefits are:

It can detoxify the digestive system and eliminate toxins from the organs

lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels

reduces blood pressure

full of probiotics and other beneficial bacteria.

It could help with constipation

Also useful as a weight loss aid, mainly by promoting satiety and lowering glucose and insulin levels.

But remember it is still an acid so be careful when taking it can damage the esophagus as well as the stomach lining also it can damage you tooth enamel. So I may be trying this and test this out and let you know how it goes.

Tip of the Day-Drink Water

You have to drink plenty of water through the day, drink at least 8 glass of water a day.Drinking water helps maintain the balance of the body fluids,help control calories,keep you hydraded,helps with getting healthy skin,remove toxing from your body,help improve your metabolism,help prvent cancer, and so much more. So drink the recommended amout of water.

You have to eat



During my 90 days weight loss challenge I’m learning a lot and one of the things that I’m learning is that you need to eat 5-6 good healthy meals a day. Seem like something easily done right at least that’s what I thought but I was wrong, I would find myself going long periods of time without eating which was a lot easier for me to do then eating the 5-6 meals a day.So I had to find ways to make sure I get those meals in so I can be successful on my weight loss journey and the one thing that help me was I set my alarm for every 2-3 hours to make sure I eat at or around that time. Eating this many time a day is important it helps stabilize your blood sugar, provide constant energy, help lower cholesterol,boost metabolism,preserve lean muscle, and promote weight loss.This will help your body not go into starvation mood and you not making bad food choices. And if you are anything like me the hungry monster won’t come out so often or not at all lol.

Mini-meal #1: Protein

You can choose from a variety of food choices, but your first meal must be a protein. Healthy options include:

Greek yogurt

Lean meats

Again, there is flexibility in the kind of healthy fat you can have, but keep the food in the same category. Options include:

Canned salmon (which contains Omega-3s)

Mini-meal #3: Whole Grains

Whole-wheat bagel with low-fat cream cheese

Brown rice



Whole-wheat bread, pasta or crackers

Wild rice

Grains and whole-grain products



Beans, peas and other legumes

Nuts and seeds

Mini-meal #5: Metabolism Booster

Salad with hot green peppers

Results from September 27,2015- October 4,2015



I was so excited to see I drop another 3 pounds eating healthier, exercising, and my supplements that I’m taking is really helping, it not just the pound that are dropping that I’m excited about but the way I feel. I can’t wait for my end results.

Tip of the Day



Excersise For at least 30 min

Excercising has many benefits to it,excersing helps use up oxygen it cause your body to burn stored fat and helps you maintain a normal weight.Exercising increase energy,increase mental focus,decrease risk of heart attack,reduce the risk of breast cancer,and sooooo much more.Get up and move your body for 30 min.

Sept 20-27 results


Hello everyone I wanted to share my results from last week which I’m so happy about, especially  after a minor set back a few weeks a go.October is around the corner and it will start the 2 month of the 90 day challenge so I’m looking forward to bigger numbers in weight drop and all the energy I’m going to gain.


I lost another 3 pounds. I’m so happy about this.

Results from Sept 13-20


Last week was way better than the weeks before,I’m so sore but its a good sore and I feel better.I exercise more, walking more for example instead of driving my son to school I walk with him to school. I’m eating a little better, I know once I completely change my eating habits this weight will be melting off me.And I’m also taking my supplements properly which I think it help a whole lot this week and it shows on the scale.Remember the week before last week I gained 3 pounds,last week I lost 4 pounds eeekkkkk I was so excited when I saw that the numbers drop. I need to improve in a lot of areas but I taking it in,taking notes and enjoying the journey.


Results from the Sept 3rd-Sept 13th


Hello everyone I know I haven’t posted anything for a while a lot of things happen when I started my weight lost challenge.So I’m going to get back on track, I have exercise  a few times off and on and change my eating habits just a little now that everything seems to be calming down I can focus more on my journey. Look life happen and everything is not going to go as you plan that’s what I learn this past 3 weeks. But any whooo lol I getting back on track and I would like to share my results from about 3 weeks ago


This week I lost 1lb and 2oz I was using my supplements and didn’t change the way I eat and exercise 2 time.


This week was bad I gain 3 pound  4 oz I didn’t exercise our took my supplements like I was supposed to, and I eat bad this week. This was a long week for me, I felt like crap I didn’t want to do anything. It wasn’t good for me.

Day 2



Hello everyone this is day 2 of my 90 day weight loss challenge.Today I was able to finish a gallon of water, I was very proud of my self  lol. Drinking that much water give me the feeling of fullness, but I’m visiting the bathroom more frequently. I know that getting fit and healthy start in the kitchen, what I eat affect my results and how I feel. I just have to figure out what works best for me. I know that we are supposed to eat 5-6 meals a day because if we don’t our body go into starvation mode and start holding on to fat and that’s not what I want. But that’s easier said then done, I’m going to have to train myself to remember to eat that many times a day and just junk  or fast food but healthy food,fruits, vegetables, and so on.

Today I ate for breakfast was a bagel, lunch a turkey sandwich,dinner bake chicken and rice. For snacks I had dries fruit tropical mix
