Hello everyone this was a new week, last week, week 8 was exciting because I drop 7 pounds I was so happy.Last post I told you I join a group with my business partners to help each other with our weight loss journey, which I think it help me this week.So with that being said with a new comes new goals.
My goals for this week is to:
lose 5 pounds,walk 4 times and do a full body workout 3 times.

Hello everyone I have some new results from this past week, I was so excited to see I have drop 7 pounds, I couldn’t believe my eyes. I went from 285 to 278 I was so happy especially with the set back I had in previous weeks and with holidays that just past I was for sure that I had gain something, I’m so happy I stuck with my goals it paid off.
This is week eight of my weight loss journey, I had my ups and downs and I had my dooowwwnnnnn. I just got on the scale and I’m back to 285 yeah I’m not to happy about that. I felt bad and I was mad at myself, then I spoke to myself and said beating yourself up and putting yourself down won’t get the job done so stop it and get to work, so as my last post said I getting my grove back and I’m getting back to work. My business partner started a fitness group to help each other out, you see we have conference coming up in about 2 months and we are looking to drop some pounds by then. So this group will keep me on my toes. This is why God made Mondays to start fresh,
my week goals:
Drop 5 pounds, get back in my workout routine, walk 4x this week

Ms. Nic B is the truth, I have been following her for a while on Instagram she post great work out a while back she posted a week worth of full body work out to her page.So now I going to add these workout to my every day routine for the week.You should check her page out.

Hello everyone let me tell you that this week has a little bit challenging for me it just seem like when I try to go workout something else took priority that need to be done and I get side tracked,and this week we was barley home so you know what that means picking up dinner at a fast food restaurant ( even doe I choose salad almost every time) it wasn’t the same as a home cook meal. And this weekend we celebrated my daughters 1st birthday with a bbq cake, drinks, bake mac and cheese, hot dogs, and more it was good but boy did I do a number on the food this weekend I thought I was going to pay for it on the scale, but to my surprise I only gain 1 pound and 6 ounces (not bad right ). So thins week I got to get back on track. So I didn’t meet my work out goals or my weight loss goal.So new week new goals, this week
Work out: walk/run 5 times this week,full body work out this week, try new workout everyday.
Weight loss: lose 6 pounds

This a new week which means new goal. Last week was great I set a goal on losing 3 pounds and I achieve it and surpassed it, I lost 4 ponds and 6oz ( check out my previous post) I wish you could have seen my face when I saw the scale,and I didn’t even complete my physical activity goals( smh shame on me).This next few weeks I will be researching recipes to try while on these amazing journey which I think that will be fun because I love to eat lol,but most of these recipes will be on the healthier side. So if anybody have any great recipe that they would like for me to try then feel free to contact me.
This weeks goals are:
To lose 5 pounds
Physical Activity: walk 4x, workout 5x.
Food:Add more fruits and veggie to meals.

Hello everyone I forgot to let you know my goals for this 90 days challenge. I started this challenge because I wanted to get healthy,lose weight, and feel better about myself.I have always been over weight as long as I can remember, I have always been the big friend in the group, or I have been told you have a pretty face but if you loose a little wait you will be fine,and so on. I’ve tried all kinds of diet, done all types of stuff to try to lose weight. Some work and some didn’t. At one point I was going to the gym almost everyday (which made me feel good, and is addictive lol) and I went from size 22 to an 18. I manage to stay at that size for years until 5 years ago.So now I’m an mother, a wife, I work full time and right now I’m working 6 days a week. As of now I weigh 278 pounds ( yeah so you know I’m tired all the time and out of shape lol). I feel bad for my children because I don’t have a lot of energy to play with them for a long period of time.So I set my mind to become an healthier me, reach means a better mom.wife,sister,daughter,
friend.My goal is to lose a total of 30 pounds, get tone, and build up my metabolism. I want to be able climb a flight of stairs with out being out of breath, I want the energy to play with my children for more than 5-10 min at a time, I want to be able to feel good about myself as I try on smaller size clothes. This challenge will be a new start for me and I would be able to develop a healthy habit not just for me but for my family.So I believe with eating better, exercising more,and using my supplements I will be will on my way to accomplishing my goals.
