Hello everyone I have some new results from this past week, I was so excited to see I have drop 7 pounds, I couldn’t believe my eyes. I went from 285 to 278 I was so happy especially with the set back I had in previous weeks and with holidays that just past I was for sure that I had gain something, I’m so happy I stuck with my goals it paid off.
Have you ever heard of apple cider vinegar? I’m pretty sure you have, in a matter of fact you probably have it in your pantry. I heard about it a few years ago and it many benefits a few years ago but I didn’t pay it no mind.But in the past month I’ve been seeing post about it on my social media and even my husband has mention it a few day ago, so I decided to do some research on it and its benefits and I am amaze at all the thing you can do with it including getting your health together.Apple cider vinegar is made from cider or apple and has a pale to medium amber color.Unpasteurized or organic apple cider vinegar CV contains mother of vinegar, which has a cobweb-like appearance and can make the vinegar look slightly congealed.
Some of the benefits are:
It can detoxify the digestive system and eliminate toxins from the organs
lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels
reduces blood pressure
full of probiotics and other beneficial bacteria.
It could help with constipation
Also useful as a weight loss aid, mainly by promoting satiety and lowering glucose and insulin levels.
But remember it is still an acid so be careful when taking it can damage the esophagus as well as the stomach lining also it can damage you tooth enamel. So I may be trying this and test this out and let you know how it goes.

I was so excited to see I drop another 3 pounds eating healthier, exercising, and my supplements that I’m taking is really helping, it not just the pound that are dropping that I’m excited about but the way I feel. I can’t wait for my end results.
Hello everyone this is day 2 of my 90 day weight loss challenge.Today I was able to finish a gallon of water, I was very proud of my self lol. Drinking that much water give me the feeling of fullness, but I’m visiting the bathroom more frequently. I know that getting fit and healthy start in the kitchen, what I eat affect my results and how I feel. I just have to figure out what works best for me. I know that we are supposed to eat 5-6 meals a day because if we don’t our body go into starvation mode and start holding on to fat and that’s not what I want. But that’s easier said then done, I’m going to have to train myself to remember to eat that many times a day and just junk or fast food but healthy food,fruits, vegetables, and so on.
Today I ate for breakfast was a bagel, lunch a turkey sandwich,dinner bake chicken and rice. For snacks I had dries fruit tropical mix

I’m starting my weight lost journey today. I’ve been over weight all my life will ever since I can remember, I just figured this is who I am and this the way it is going to be. I tried all kinds of diets,workout plan,weight watchers, quick fix, and none of it work for me. For the most part is that I really didn’t stick with it, that was my main issue not sticking with the plan. For some reason I wouldn’t stick to any plan or diet that I started until I came to a conclusion I was afraid of change, I was afraid how would I look when I loose this weight, how would I feel, what would people say, with all these thought going through my head I realize that I was self sabotaging myself. I was tricking myself into believing that being overweight was ok, that I’m already married with children and they love me for me so I don’t need to lose weight. I was comfortable at my current weight,I’m not happy about but I was comfortable. All that change about a 2-3 month ago I needed a change not just physically but mentally and spiritually, I started praying more and asking God for a change in me. And that’s what He is doing now.I want to feel better about my self, I want to be able to play with my children,I want to be healthy. So I’m doing this 90 day challenge to get healthy and get fit.I’m going to track my journey on my blog,hopefully this will help and inspire some one to start their own weight loss and get healthy journey.
