1st I want to say belated Happy Thanksgiving to everybody, now I got that out the way.Whewww what a week I had so much to do with running my business, taking care of the family and preparing for Thanksgiving I just had a lot on my plate, lol. Last week I didn’t meet none of my goals I was so distracted with everything else I just throw last weeks goals out the door oh well. That why God made Mondays to start the week fresh. I was so happy when got on the scale to weight myself I only gain 1 pound thought out this week of eating good (A.K.A Thanksgiving week). I was surprise and happy, but it came to me I shouldn’t be that surprise because I had my fat fighters with me the whole time. My fat fighter help me block a lot of the fat and carbs I was in taking this past week.So now this with this being a new week mean new goals. So my goals for this week are:
Work out: walk/run 5 times this week,full body work out this week, and do the work part 1-4 this week along with my other workout
Weight loss: lose 6 pounds

Ms. Nic B is the truth, I have been following her for a while on Instagram, she post great workout to do at home or outside she shows you that you don’t need a gym to get fit.A while back she posted a week worth of full body work out to her page.So now I going to add these workout to my every day routine for the week.You should check her page out.

Hello everyone this is day 2 of my 90 day weight loss challenge.Today I was able to finish a gallon of water, I was very proud of my self lol. Drinking that much water give me the feeling of fullness, but I’m visiting the bathroom more frequently. I know that getting fit and healthy start in the kitchen, what I eat affect my results and how I feel. I just have to figure out what works best for me. I know that we are supposed to eat 5-6 meals a day because if we don’t our body go into starvation mode and start holding on to fat and that’s not what I want. But that’s easier said then done, I’m going to have to train myself to remember to eat that many times a day and just junk or fast food but healthy food,fruits, vegetables, and so on.
Today I ate for breakfast was a bagel, lunch a turkey sandwich,dinner bake chicken and rice. For snacks I had dries fruit tropical mix

Today was officially my first day of my 90 day weight loss journey. Today I was surfing the internet and putting together some good healthy recipe that I want to try while I’m on this journey.I have to be conscious that my family has to like the food I cook as well.This journey won’t just affect me but it will affect my family. Today I drank a gallon of water which has me running to the bathroom a lot and by doing that it is helping my fill full.
Today I eat a bagel for breakfast, for lunch had vegetable and rice, and for dinner I had chicken and rice.
For my activity I walked my son to school and back.
I’m starting my weight lost journey today. I’ve been over weight all my life will ever since I can remember, I just figured this is who I am and this the way it is going to be. I tried all kinds of diets,workout plan,weight watchers, quick fix, and none of it work for me. For the most part is that I really didn’t stick with it, that was my main issue not sticking with the plan. For some reason I wouldn’t stick to any plan or diet that I started until I came to a conclusion I was afraid of change, I was afraid how would I look when I loose this weight, how would I feel, what would people say, with all these thought going through my head I realize that I was self sabotaging myself. I was tricking myself into believing that being overweight was ok, that I’m already married with children and they love me for me so I don’t need to lose weight. I was comfortable at my current weight,I’m not happy about but I was comfortable. All that change about a 2-3 month ago I needed a change not just physically but mentally and spiritually, I started praying more and asking God for a change in me. And that’s what He is doing now.I want to feel better about my self, I want to be able to play with my children,I want to be healthy. So I’m doing this 90 day challenge to get healthy and get fit.I’m going to track my journey on my blog,hopefully this will help and inspire some one to start their own weight loss and get healthy journey.
During The ” Healthier Me By the Summer ” Challenge I provide the tip of the day,so I’m going to give a summury for Feb tip of the day and break down each of them.
Tips of The Day:
Excersise For at least 30 min
Excercising has many benefits to it,excersing helps use up oxygen it cause your body to burn stored fat and helps you maintain a normal weight.Execerising increase energy,increase mental focus,decrease risk of heart attack,reduce the risk of breast cancer,and sooooo much more.Get up and move your body for 30 min.
Eat more fruits and vegetables
Five to nine servings of fruits and vegetables may help to reduce your risk of heart disease and cancer.They are high in fiber, they can help contribute to weight loss,they do not contain artificial sugar,they are packed with minerals and other nutrients and vitamins,they help maintain energy level, and is saids in the prevention of a number of diseases.

During your journey to an healthier, better version of yourself you may come to some stumbling block,walls,and may become stagnant don’ t let that stop you from accomplish your goal.Remember keep pushing.
Drink plenty of water
You have to drink plenty of water through the day, drink at least 8 glass of water a day.Drinking water helps maintain the balance of the body fluids,help control calories,keep you hydraded,helps with getting healthy skin,remove toxing from your body,help improve your metabolism,help prvent cancer, and so much more. So drink the recommended amout of water.

I have alway’s been over weight as long as I can remember , I always been the big friend in the group, or I have been told you have a pretty face but if you loose a little wait,and so on.I have been on all kinds of diet, done all types of stuff to try to lose weight. Some work and some didn’t.At one point I was going to the gym almost everyday (wich it made me feel good, and is addictive lol) and I went from size 22 to an 18. I manage to stay at that size for years until 5 years ago.So now I’m an mother, a wife, I work full time and right now I’m working 6 days a week. I weigh 275 pounds ( yeah so you know I’m tired all the time and out of shape lol). I feel bad for my son beacuse I don’t have a lot of energy to play with him for a long peroid of time .So I set my mind to become an heathier me, reach means a better mom,wife,sister,daughter,friend.My first goal is set for June 1,2014 I want lose 30 pound and to be able to run 2 miles with out stopping.
So with summer about 4 months away I’m doing an Healthier me by Summer Challenge,It will start on Feb 6,2014. It will be open to everyone that won’t to be a healthier,loss weight,need motivation,need encouragement, and anyhing of that matter. I will be sharing some of the thing that I’m doing post udate picture and so on.
